Frosty is a Fakemon that appears in the hack Pokemon Topaz by Bazza. It evolves into Frizzard, which then evolves into Negatate. It replaces Spheal in the Hoenn Dex.
Description[]
Frosty appears to be the severed head of a snowman. Its body is entirely white and composed of snow. The classic coal eyes, carrot nose, and dotted mouth appear on its face. Several white fronds jut out in a circular fashion under the body.

Name Origin[]
Simply "Frosty." It may be based on the titular snowman character from the film "Frosty the Snowman."
